Have you been to MyRecipes.com? I get an email every day from them with fabulous recipes, many of which are from Cooking Light magazine...like this Summer Corn and White Bean Soup recipe!
I love that they have reviews so you can really see if it something worth making or not! They also have the Nutritional information for each recipe so you can see exactly how many calories, fiber and fat (my 3 top things I look for ) it has per serving.
I think I may have to try this soup recipe. It looks really good!
Yum, it look so good. Two of my favorite's white beans and corn. As soon as it cools a bit, I'll be making this for sure! Thanks
ReplyDeleteYes Cindy I have seen their recipes and they have some really good ones. That soup looks delicious.

I just added myself as a follower to your new blog. I was reading your previous post about workout music, one that really gets me motivated is Sweet Disposition by Temper Trap!
ReplyDeleteCindy, I think that this blog is wonderful! I just turned 50 in July and I have lost 30 pounds since January. I decided that I wanted to be the best that I can be also. I will visit this blog as much as I can, I love it.

Yummy, this sounds delicious. For myself since I don't meat I would omit the ham, use low sodium vegetable stock, and add a can of organic fire roasted tomatoes. Thanks for sharing!
