  1. You look amazing Cindy! I really don't think you should try for another 10 lbs. though, it may be too difficult to maintain. During my 20's and 30's I was 113 to 119 but now I'm almost 45 and I struggle just to get in the high 120's, when I do get there I find I can't stay there anymore without completely starving myself!

    The before and after photo's are incredible! The biggest difference is the beautiful smile on your face, it looks so sincere now...your whole face is smiling:)

    I do not know if it's just me or if perhaps everybody else experiencing issues with your blog. It appears as though some of the written text in your content are running off the screen.
